01Who we are
Raabyt is a brand of Raabyt Technologies, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers www.raabyt.com, our products and services, and the Raabyt application that connects to Pinterest (the "App"). Contact: hello@raabyt.com.
02Information we collect
We collect what you send us through our contact and demo forms: your name, email address, company, phone number and message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
03How we use your information
We use your information to answer your enquiries, arrange demos and provide our services. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
04Our products and your data
Raabyt One, Raabyt SeDoc and Raabyt Ctrl are installed on your own servers. The business data you keep in them stays with you, and we do not collect it.
05Pinterest data and authorization
The App connects through Pinterest OAuth. You sign in on Pinterest and explicitly approve the permissions requested. We never see your Pinterest password.
With your authorization, the App accesses your Pinterest account information, Boards and Pins, and can create and update Pins and Boards on your behalf. We use this data only to show your content in the App and to publish what you ask us to publish.
06AI processing
To draft suggestions for you, Pinterest content such as Pin titles, descriptions and images is sent to Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. It is not used to train AI models.
07Data sharing
We share information only with the providers needed to run our services: our hosting and email providers, Pinterest and Anthropic. We may also disclose it where the law requires.
08Security
All data is sent over HTTPS, and access to it is limited to the people who need it. Pinterest access tokens are stored encrypted and kept on the server only.
09Retention and deletion
Form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you. Of your Pinterest data, we store only encrypted access tokens, and delete them when you disconnect. Pins and Boards are not stored. To request deletion, write to hello@raabyt.com and we will complete it within 30 days.
10Revoking Pinterest access
Disconnect Pinterest at any time in the App, in your Pinterest settings under Security, or by writing to hello@raabyt.com.
12Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@raabyt.com.
13Changes and contact
This policy is effective from 29 September 2026. Updates are published on this page with a new effective date. Questions: hello@raabyt.com.
